No Win, No Pay Law is a law firm that practises exclusively in personal injury law (compensation) and insurance law. We assist and represent clients in workers’ compensation claims, vehicle accident claims (CTP) and public liability claims.
We make getting legal assistance easy
We’re a law firm that acts for clients in Brisbane and surrounds in personal injury claims, on a no win, no fee basis. This means that you won’t pay for our services until we achieve a successful outcome in your claim. It also means that you have nothing to lose in terms of our legal service fees — because if you don’t win, you don’t pay.

Highly qualified and experienced lawyers
We have two lawyers and a paralegal on our team, with over 70 years of combined experience. Each member of our team has more than 15 years’ experience in personal injury law, so you know you’re in safe hands.
Our firm’s lawyers are experienced and qualified, with law degrees and all of the necessary qualifications, and with experience practising across all areas of personal injury law.
Our lawyers are experienced in not only acting for plaintiffs (claimants), but also in acting for and within insurance companies (the defence). This means that we understand the approaches that the opposition often takes, and understand what it takes to win the toughest of cases.
Both of our No Win, No Pay lawyers, Kate Denning and David Giacomantonio are Doyles Guide recognised compensation lawyers, and our firm is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
Lead by an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law
At No Win, No Pay Law, we are a law firm with experienced lawyers, lead by Kate Denning, an Accredited Personal Injury Law Specialist.
This Accredited Specialist qualification is a higher level of training and qualification than most. This accredited specialist title can only be gained with extensive additional study, examination stages, proof of advanced skills and knowledge, and meeting peer review requirements, among other criteria.
We put Kate’s experience and knowledge to action for our clients, and are rewarded with a high success rate of over 95% of cases being settled out of Court — which is a win-win for us and our clients.
And the best part for you? We do not charge a higher fee because of this higher level of qualification and expertise. In fact, our fees are competitive and better than many.
Our legal services are accessible & affordable
We believe that everyone should have access to high quality legal services. We offer competitive fees without sacrificing the quality of service to our clients, or their outcomes.

We don't take on all cases
At No Win, No Pay Law, we don’t take on all cases. The reasons for this – and related benefits for you – are threefold.
We keep our number of cases low so we can give each the focus and attention it deserves, so you have the best chance of getting the best possible outcome, and receive the best service from us.
We only handle quality claims, so you can rest assured that your case is in good company, being handled by a law firm that handles good claims. Because we only do good, quality claims, we have a reputation with insurers (claim opponents) as a firm who represents clients and cases that would stand up well in court, if they weren’t resolved beforehand (as most of ours are).
And, we also only take on cases that we’re confident of winning. So, if we take on your personal injury law case, you’ll know that we’re confident in getting you the best outcome, and have likely seen many cases just like yours before.
We’ll discuss your case, the process, fees and potential entitlements in your initial consultation with one of our lawyers.
Cost Agreement & Letter of Advice
We’ll send you a cost agreement, written advice on our recommendations and the paperwork we need to build your case for you.
Claim & Investigation Begins
A claim form starts the claim, and the pre-court processes begin. We continue to gather evidence and build your case.
If your case is resolved in your favour (usually outside of Court), you’ll sign a settlement document and the monies will be paid by the opposition.
